Identity and contact details, intake and release records for the object, measurements and images produced during examination, consent records and session security logs.

To deliver the service, produce the examination record, evidence the chain of custody, meet statutory record-keeping duties and keep the system secure.

External laboratories, shipping and insurance, financial service providers, legal counsel and competent authorities, and our hosting provider — each only as far as necessary. Data is never sold or shared for marketing.

No advertising, analytics or third-party cookies. Every cookie we write is strictly necessary for the service to work; the name, purpose and lifetime of each one are listed in the table in the privacy notice.

Contact details are stored encrypted, access is role-based, and critical operations are written to an immutable audit log. Published records are designed to contain no personal data.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. The application routes and the detailed explanation are in the privacy notice.

You can delete your account from within the app; the request waits 14 days and can be withdrawn during that time. What is deleted and what remains is stated in the privacy notice.
