Identity and contact details, intake and release records for the object, measurements and images produced during examination, consent records and session security logs.
Why we collect it
To deliver the service, produce the examination record, evidence the chain of custody, meet statutory record-keeping duties and keep the system secure.
How we protect it
Contact details are stored encrypted, access is role-based, and critical operations are written to an immutable audit log. Published records are designed to contain no personal data.
