Record service

We produce the identity record of your set: what you get, what you do not.

Apply

Remote pre-assessment: frames, declaration and a result with a stated ceiling.

The application form is not open yet. Both routes work today: a photo-based pre-assessment, or a quick look over the chat channel.

What you get

  • A verifiable record: it is checked on this site with the content hash printed on its last page.
  • An examination report: the tests performed and not performed, the verdict level and the strength of the evidence.
  • Access to your record from your account.

What a record is

  • A record (Turkish: künye) is an examination record: a dated account of the artefact's measured, observed and source-linked properties.
  • Every record carries a TES number issued by the system; nobody types one by hand.
  • The conclusion sits on a seven-step scale; the strength of the evidence is stated on a separate axis. They are not the same thing.
  • Tests performed and tests not performed are both written down: an untested property is not an absent finding.
  • Records are versioned: a new version does not delete the old one, and the verification link on your copy keeps working.

What a record is not

A record is not a certificate of authenticity.

What we cannot say

Scope levels

Three scopes are three depths of the same method. Each card reads its tests from the vocabulary; what a scope can and cannot say is stated separately.

Basic

Capture protocol: Station capture

Guided station capture, measurement and instrumented observation. The strand stays intact and no material is taken.

Tests performed in this scope

  • Optical RGB imaging
  • Raking light
  • Transmitted light
  • UV 365 nm
  • Microscope
  • Weight
  • Caliper measurement
  • Hydrostatic specific gravity
Hydrostatic measurement
Strung — screening only
Material conclusion level
Family level
External laboratory
No

What it says

States the material family, the structure, the cut, assembly integrity and condition.

What it cannot say

Gives no species or variety name. Strung hydrostatic measurement is screening only: the cord absorbs water and air stays in the bead hole, so no numeric specific gravity is produced.

Duration

Depends on the station queue; shipping and handover time is not included.

Material conclusion ceiling

Consistent findings

Starting price

Starts at TRY 5,000; shipping and consented extra tests outside the scope are charged separately, and the exact amount is given in writing when the scope is approved.

Full

Capture protocol: Station capture

Everything in Basic, plus single-bead hydrostatic measurement, a consented surface test and consistency checks against the declaration.

Tests performed in this scope

  • Optical RGB imaging
  • Raking light
  • Transmitted light
  • UV 365 nm
  • Microscope
  • Weight
  • Caliper measurement
  • Hydrostatic specific gravity
  • Simichrome test · Consent required
  • Bead removal · Consent required · Preparation step
Hydrostatic measurement
Single bead — numeric measurement, requires consent
Material conclusion level
Family level
External laboratory
No

What it says

Backs the family-level conclusion with a numeric specific gravity and names any conflict between declaration and measurement.

What it cannot say

Without sources, master attribution rises no higher than “in the style of”. No species name is written without spectral evidence.

Duration

Longer than Basic: bead removal, measurement and restringing are separate steps.

Material conclusion ceiling

Consistent findings

Starting price

Starts at TRY 10,000; shipping and consented extra tests outside the scope are charged separately, and the exact amount is given in writing when the scope is approved.

Laboratory

Capture protocol: Station capture

Everything in Full, plus spectral analysis at an external laboratory (FTIR / Raman) and the laboratory report entered into the record.

Tests performed in this scope

  • Optical RGB imaging
  • Raking light
  • Transmitted light
  • UV 365 nm
  • Microscope
  • Weight
  • Caliper measurement
  • Hydrostatic specific gravity
  • Simichrome test · Consent required
  • Bead removal · Consent required · Preparation step
  • FTIR spectroscopy · Consent required · External laboratory
  • External laboratory report · External laboratory
Hydrostatic measurement
Single bead — numeric measurement, requires consent
Material conclusion level
Species / variety level
External laboratory
Yes — fee included in the price

What it says

If the spectral evidence genuinely contributes to the reported hypothesis, the material conclusion descends to species or variety level.

What it cannot say

The mere existence of a laboratory sheet buys no level. No scope grants trade, export or ownership clearance.

Duration

Bound to the external laboratory's own calendar; the organisation makes no commitment on this duration.

Material conclusion ceiling

Consistent findings

Starting price

Starts at TRY 20,000; shipping and consented extra tests outside the scope are charged separately, and the exact amount is given in writing when the scope is approved.

Tests requiring consent are asked one by one. Without consent the test is not performed and the report says “not performed”; the conclusion level is limited accordingly.

Amounts include VAT.

Duration, delivery, custody and return

Duration
Duration depends on the queue and the external laboratory calendar.
Delivery
Handover terms are set in the framework contract; shipping is not included in the scope price.
Custody
Every artefact received is entered into a custody chain: each transfer is recorded with its date, responsible person and reason.
Return
The return is written into the same chain. Insurance and security terms are set in the framework contract; no amount or guarantee is promised on this page.

What we cannot say

This document is an examination record: an expert opinion by DLINE LLC, based on an examination made on the date and with the methods, instruments and available references stated in it. It is not a certificate, a guarantee of authenticity, proof of ownership or origin, a legal trade permit, an insurance document or a binding valuation. Tests performed and not performed, and the levels of uncertainty, are shown in the "Scope" section. Rely only on the current version of the document, as verified at tesbihkar.com/k with the object number (TES) and the verification code printed on the card.

Frequently asked

How long does it take?
Duration depends on the scope and the station queue. In the Laboratory scope the external laboratory's calendar governs, and the organisation makes no commitment on it.
What happens while the artefact is with you?
Every artefact received is entered into a custody chain: each transfer is recorded with its date, responsible person and reason. Insurance, security and handover terms are set in the framework contract; no amount or guarantee is promised on this page.
Is a record a certificate?
No. A record is not a certificate of authenticity, a guarantee of originality, a title deed, a trade permit or a binding valuation; it is a dated record of what was measured and observed.
What does the price cover?
The scope price covers the scope's own tests, the report and the verifiable record; amounts include VAT. In the Laboratory scope, the standard external laboratory analysis (FTIR / Raman and the laboratory report) is also included in the price. Shipping and consented extra tests outside the scope are charged separately; the exact amount is given in writing when the scope is approved.
Is the Laboratory scope mandatory?
No. The external laboratory flow is never a mandatory step; its absence does not stop an examination, it only keeps the material conclusion at family level.
Can I contest the conclusion?
Yes. An internal re-examination may be requested within thirty days of publication; the request goes to the auditor. If it changes the conclusion a new report version is published, and the old version is kept and stays reachable with its reason.

Sample record

The card below shows, with sample data, how a record looks on screen. The two lists read from the vocabulary which tests the Basic scope performs today and which it does not.
